A few years back, I stumbled upon 3D Lipo machines at a London clinic, thanks to a Facebook post by a friend who had undergone the revolutionary Fat Freeze treatment, also known as cryolipolysis.

I vividly remember being advised to walk instead of taking the tube to the clinic, about a mile away, and to stay hydrated. Thus began my journey of 8 cavitation treatments spread over 8 weeks. Each session involved meticulous measurements and my first experience with the buzzing sensation in my ear, oddly relaxing as the therapist worked on my torso. And the thrill of realizing I had already dropped a notch on my belt after just one session was exhilarating.
With each subsequent treatment, I eagerly anticipated further progress. By the 5th session, my therapist and I decided to mix it up with a 3D Cryo Freeze. Essentially, it's like turning your fat into a slushie and then letting your body sweat and pee it out. After completing the course of 8 treatments over 9 weeks, I was astounded by the results: a staggering seventeen inches lost, with my waist shrinking by 5 inches.
