Elements Retreat is based within a mile of Colchester City Centre on a direct bus route. There is free on street parking.
There is plenty of free parking, evening and saturday appointments are available. We offer a wide range of injectable and none injectable aesthetic treatments. We are a nurse led clinic and are able to offer advise on a variety of conditions including acne, weight loss, menopause and skin problems. We have a nurse prescriber on site, we are therefor able to carry out all our aesthetic treatments safely.

All treatments times are approximate and include consultation time.
Please arrive at least five minutes before your treatment to avoid reducing the time of your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Unfortunately non-attendance without the required notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of your treatment.
Treatment Information
All treatment courses booked are payable in advance and cannot be shared with any other person.
Clients under the age of 16
If you are under the age of 16 a parental consent form must be signed prior to any treatment being carried out.
Special Consideration
Clients who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant or have any other medical conditions are advised to consult their doctor before having any treatment. Please inform your Elements therapist of any current medical condition that you may have.

Please speak to one of our experienced therapists as there are many treatments you can still enjoy during your pregnancy.

Smoking is prohibited in any part of the salon or building itself.
