Malti came to England from India in the 1980s to advance her studies as a Nurse – and brought with her a more holistic approach to patient care. She trained at St Mary’s Hospital, London and spent 10 years in the NHS, further developing her career in numerous senior roles.
One of those roles was a neurosurgery theatre sister in Royal Free Hospital for 4 years. She then expanded her experience at the renowned London Clinic, working alongside some of the world’s leading Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeons.
In 1998 Malti went on to establish Harley Street Treatments Ltd as Clinical Director. The clinic was medically-led and results-driven, delivered only by medical professionals experienced in anti-ageing treatments, using the latest medical aesthetic technology in a clinical, yet released setting. Under Malti’s direction, it soon was considered by its many clients and the Press as `the` anti-ageing clinic of choice to go to in London.
Respected and trusted by medical professionals who come to her to be trained in Advanced Aesthetic Treatments – Malti has recently launched MALTI AESTHETICS in Notting Hill, London. There, in addition to offering clients a wide range of treatments, she also teaches both Foundation and Advanced Courses to practitioners, to help them start their own careers. She also allows them to shadow her in her busy practice.
She’s published several papers in journals, designed Britain’s first university-credited Mesotherapy Course and invited to be a Speaker at many National and International Meetings.
Malti’s personality, level of trusted expertise and work ethic are just a few of the many reasons why she has such a loyal following. Aesthetics is a truly deep passion of hers, and that’s the principle reason why she’s such a success.
