This is cosmetic surgery at it's very finest. Although I had great confidence in Mr. Grover I could scarcely imagine the spectacular result he achieved for me. His consummate skill and artistry produced a flawless facelift and the procedure itself was totally painless. As if this weren't enough he is utterly charming. He is a complete perfectionist all the way through from assessment, advice, surgical procedure and aftercare. I consulted other surgeons before I was eventually recommended by a girlfriend who had been treated by Rajiv Grover. Immediately at the consultation I knew he was the one I felt complete trust in and he clearly has a passion for facial surgery. My results are beyond expectation and I am thrilled. Would highly recommend him to anyone considering cosmetic surgery and especially for facelift surgery which I had.

In 2012, after some years of poor health due to my breast implants, I had them removed by Mr Grover. I found him courteous and kind and had every confidence he would do a great job which he did. I was left with minimal scarring and without my implants, my health soon improved. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience in the King Edward 7th hospital from my nurse who was very unsympathetic and bullying from the start. I remember coming round from my anaesthetic with her telling me to take some painkillers. I was very drowsy but remember asking her if I needed them as I wasn't in any pain - looking back I realise I probably wasn't in pain because I was still under the effect of the anaesthetic anyway, I was perfectly happy to take them but perhaps a little confused from the effect of the anaesthetic. I must have gone back to sleep because the next thing I know Mr Grover is bending over me saying the nurse had rushed up to him when he was in theatre, saying I had sworn at her obviously, I can have no recollection of what I said when I was unconscious but I don't swear in real life and am extremely polite so I think this fairly unlikely. I wish I had told him the truth that it was she who had been bad tempered and impatient with me from the start but I let it go as I am one of those people who don't like to make a fuss. (I must point out that I have had the same doctor and dentist for years and don't make a habit of being rude to people). Sometime later, this hospital was in the news when one of the nurses committed suicide, and in one of 3 notes, criticised the hospital and staff. There was talk that she had been bullied. Even during my short stay there I found the atmosphere quite unfriendly, though I must say that Mr Grover and the anaesthetist were efficient and kind. However, I was naturally distressed that this nurse had made my stay a misery and made this unfounded complaint about me. It is unpleasant having any kind of operation and when you are spending thousands of pounds a night you do expect to be treated kindly and not bullied by the staff. While this hospital is seen as one of the best, partly because it is the one the royal family use, in 2017 it was in the news after a series of failings and safety fears and was ordered to improve patient safety. It doesn't matter how good your surgeon is if he is operating from a hospital about which safety inspectors have serious concerns. Observers subsequently pointed out that if you were unlucky to be staying when a royal personage was in situ, due to shortage of various pieced of medical equipment, they would get priority. Hopefully these concerns have now been acted upon. I did write up my experience in a magazine in glowing terms at the time but I didn't discuss being bullied and I really regret not giving a fully rounded report. I suppose I had hoped to use Mr Grover for other treatments and didn't want to offend him! But when I tried to book an appointment for some filler and Botox a few years later, the receptionist said he wasn't doing this at the moment as he was mainly focused on surgery, but he often made an exception for returning patients. She called me back later to say he would not be able to see me and gave no reason. Not only this, but there was no thanks for giving him a great write up in a national magazine. While I would still rate Mr Grovers expertise highly, I feel he took random accusations from a nurse as fact and wasn't interested in my side of the story. While my experience was some years ago, I feel better late than never to write it up fully.

I visited Mr Grover yesterday for a consultation for a "tummy tuck" or liposuction to my stomach. Not only was he delightful but his "bedside manner" second to none.he explained in meticulous detail the procedures and more importantly the outcome I WOULD SEE!!.......The outcome..... I didn't need surgery! How refreshing it was,to not only meet such a gentleman(and he really is) but to have had such an honest opinion and indeed fundamentaly save me the expense.. I would recommend Mr Grover to my family and close friends, thats how highly I rate him. Thank you so much Mr Grover! Kind regards

I recently visited Mr Rajiv Grover in Harley Street, London for a consultattion regarding facial surgery and would advise anyone who is considering this type of proceedure to go and see him first. I found him very easy to talk to and he gave me a realistic viewpoint of the type of outcome I anticipated. The staff were lovely also. I have done a lot of research into facial surgery and seen other Plastic Surgeons in the past and Mr Grover is without doubt the surgeon I anticipate to use when I go ahead later this year. I loved his realistic approach and his honesty and the way he makes your feel totally at ease. Thank you Mr Grover, see you October. Thank you Mr Grover, see you soon.
