Very happy with my time at Skin Renaissance, Kim is a very kind, welcoming, compassionate and highly educated lady who listened to my concerns and spoke to me in depth about possible avenues to go down for my treatment. One thing that particularly stood out to me was that whilst other practitioners focus on the money side, Kim is the opposite in that her focus is about what was right for me, even if it meant that i had no treatments done, which i felt makes her a very genuine and caring person. I found Kim through excellent online reviews and Skin Renaissance’s website and I was not disappointed. Kim spends so much time and care in explaining the aesthetic procedures before, during and after, which made me feel totally at ease and like I was not on a conveyor belt. Kim’s up to date knowledge with the latest developments and techniques immediately builds a sense of trust, in that with any procedure undertaken, I can be sure it will look very natural, which I love. The lip filler made my lip look gently full and defined and my nasolabial lines were softened and lifted. Botox was expertly injected so that I can still express my face without the wrinkles! Kim has a calm and thoughtful nature. A lovely, kind and very clever lady. Thank you Kim...I’ll be back! X

I’m writing this review because I feel that Kim wholeheartedly deserves what I’m going to say and to let others like me know that this is a brilliant clinic. I’d never had any aesthetic treatment before so I was somewhat nervous before having Botox and fillers recently. I did do my due diligence and checked all the clinics around me online first, it is all very confusing as there are so many places offering treatments and getting the right one was imperative to me. Kim, Skin Renaissance, kept popping up in my searches so I rang her amongst a couple of others. Kim sounded lovely on the phone and immediately put me at ease. She wanted to see me for a consultation first and explained that there would be no obligation to go through with treatment following this consultation. I had contacted a couple of the other clinics and managed to get through but Kim sounded far more caring and professional than the others, you could tell Kim thoroughly enjoyed her work. After treatment I feel Kim deserves this glowing review she’s a wonderful lady, very kind, very unassuming and very professional and very very good at what she does. . If you’re reading this and looking for a clinic to trust and one that truly cares about its clients and gives excellent results then look no further as Kim is the one for you I’m sure you’ll not be disappointed I certainly wasn’t .

I have had botox before elsewhere, which was not that successful so I decided to attend Skin Renaissance for an initial consultation based on the good reviews and Kim's background. Kim made me feel so welcome and relaxed. Right from the start Kim listened, reassured and advised. What struck me was that Kim was simply not trying to sell me services for her own gain, she was just interested in getting me the results I wanted. The clinic was very clean and bright. Kim was professional throughout and put me right at ease. The later opening hours were also appealing due to the fact that I work. I decided to go ahead with the treatment and I did not regret it one bit. Following my experience, it made me realise what a fool I had been for going elsewhere to someone who clearly did not know what they were doing. I was provided me with clear after care advice and I attended a review after a period of a fortnight whereby Kim really ensured that the results were as she intended. I would highly recommend. I've done a tear trough treatment with Kim recently and I am very pleased with the result. I've never had fillers before so for me it was essential to find a good professional. After doing a lot of reasearch, I found Kim and I read all the fantastic reviews that people had written about her.I thought it would be a good idea to contact Kim. I have to say that everything I read about her is true. Kim is very professional and explained to me the process in detail as well as the pros and cons. I really liked the fact that she doesn't push me to do things and she was not trying to sell me the treatment. She is very honest and told me if this specifict treatmenet was right for me or not straightaway. I was looking for a natural result and after two sessions, I could notice an improvement under my eyes. I am very pleased with it. Yes, she’s lovely, friendly and immediately puts you at ease, but more importantly she is utterly professional and clearly an expert at what she does. Her knowledge about the latest developments within the industry was very impressive, and she was very honest about what treatments wouldn't work for me as well as which ones would, which I find extremely reassuring! I feel completely confident in her abilities and judgement, and I couldn’t recommend Skin Renaissance more highly. I have been having treatments from Kim for many years now and I am always very happy with the results. Kim is a lovely lady and very professional always able to give advise if you are unsure of which treatments are best suited to your needs. I have just had dermal fillers to help reduce jowls and I am over the moon with the results I feel so much more confident. I can’t recommend Kim highly enough .

Arranged a consultation with Kim for two reasons, the first being long term (chronic) acne, after years of GP advice and treatments and thousands spent of beauty products - treatments and therapies I did not have high hopes, but... I was wrong, Kim surprised me, she asked if anyone had diagnosed Rosacea? then advised me on a 'plan of action' starting with 'research' and pointed me in the right direction for the best info., then suggested specific topical creams. One week on ..... 'what a difference', what an improvement! for this Thank You - Thank You - Thank You xxx. Secondly my consultation included - as Kim affectionately termed as my No. 11's and her knowledge and advice has given me unreserved confidence to go ahead with Botox in the near future.
